I guess this is more of a feature request.

To add, sp_helprotect for each sproc and determine what permissions are added, and then add that to the end of sproc create.

This should only be done if ScriptAsCreate is true, since alter will already have the permissions set.

I'm looking into figuring it out myself, but thought I'd mention it here.
